As a content manager you assist our clients in managing their websites. This includes creating, troubleshooting, resolving issues, building, and amending websites. You will also manage projects and developments on the websites, working with designers the development teams.
The ideal candidate should have a some background in managing websites and have a passion for providing the best on-page experience.
Responsibilities
- Top focus will be managing the website. This includes creating, assisting clients with updates, resolving issues, building, and amending pages. and promotions.
- Assisting in the implementation of SEO strategies
- Producing of performance reports
- Assisting customers with technical issues relating to the website or related technical aspects
- Performing regular keyword research and feeding that back to the Content Manager, and Campaign Executives, to discover new opportunities and optimise existing content. This research will also impact the paid search campaigns we run.
- Managing and working alongside our web developers and designers on projects.
Experience and skills
- Experienced website manager who is familiar with WordPress
- Basic HTML / CSS / JavaScript experience is desired
- Enjoys continual testing and improving to optimize website performance
- Using CRO and SEO to increase rankings, traffic, and revenue
- Be an organized individual, who enjoys planning
- You will be a problem solver who can collaborate with other teams to find a perfect balance between customer satisfaction, brand, and profitability
